Nothing to see here...
Calming isn't it...
Imagine relaxing where the air is fresh, the sounds tranquil, and only the occasional luxury to disturb you.
A space where you can switch off from the buzzing and pinging of the technology that encompasses our time, and just relax.
No agenda of holiday activities, day trips to ruins, water and racket sports, meals served at designated times in allocated places. No bus, taxi, transfer or ship ready to leave without you.
You just do what you want, it is your time after all (oh, and you are probably paying for it somehow).
I have an outlook like that. I have achieved lots of things in my time, and if I did have a bucket list, there wouldn't be much left on it now. Now it is about seeing what happens and accepting it. It has been said many times, you cannot change the past. There is no point thinking about if I done things differently then... Truth is, none of us really know what may have happened instead.
Changing one single thing, doesn't mean you change everything else around it. I could think that if I had hit the golf ball with 5% less power it would have been a better shot. But then the wind might change, it might not have gone in the same direction (they rarely do anyway), I might have been distracted by a fly landing on the ball, many other things could have changed all of which I have no control over.
So the shot I had hit, that was it! The ball ended up somewhere and I play my next shot from there (if I can find it and it is playable anyway).
